The choice. Why was there always a choice? She knew this would be more than difficult, having to decide whether to save Katherine or let her die in a bath of vervain. A sigh escaped her lips that she hadn't realized she was holding, her hands trembling with the fear that coursed through her entire being. Her eyes full of worry and concern. Were they going to die at the end of this? Was all of this just some stupid, sadistic game for a rat to play in a cage only to meet it's death at the end of the maze? She didn't want to die. Not again. She already had the rest of her life planned out and she knew when this was over, if they made it out alive, she'd never feed from a vein again. The vein. She needed to heal Daryl soon too or else they'd have more than just dealing with Katherine on their hands.

Chocolate hues glanced from the archer to the wolf before back to Katherine. One could practically see and smell the fear in her. For the first time, Anna had actually seen the mantipulative woman afraid of something. Not once in her life had she ever thought Katherine was afraid of anyone that wasn't Klaus but here she was, terrified of dying in a bath of vervain but it would be so damn difficult to get her out. Sure, Anna could blur and use her speed and it faster than the others but that would involve hurting her own self in the liquid like she had done before but she wasn't sure the others would be fast enough. Her brain was scattered and the fear didn't help her think of anything useful as she looked down. "What are we going to do?" She questioned out loud, though it was simply meant for herself.

What had happened? She couldn't remember. She didn't even know where she was or if she could move. Her eyelids were as heavy as bricks and a part of her didn't want to wake up and be met with a world full of pain. No, a part of her would have rather just laid there and ignored the world until the numbness sensation that had overcome her body had dissipated fully but instead, she forced her body to move, one limb at a time. First it was her torso, causing herself to half roll towards the floor under her, which she noted was either hardwood or a smooth surface that matched. Her senses had yet to fully come back to her, but she could feel the coolness on her skin as her hands, palm down, met it. A groan emitted from her lips as she used what little strength she had to push herself half way into a sitting position. Really, she felt like she had been drowned in a bath of vervain for a few hours.

Eyelids finally opened to reveal chocolate orbs that held a hit of fear. The room was dark but that meant very little to her as she looked around her surroundings, taking in every inch of ever crevasse. This was a room she had never been to before, or even seen for that matter and a slight wave of panic went through her body, coiling around her feet like a snake with it's prey. She then looked around her at eye level. Two men and a woman. So she wasn't exactly alone but she felt it. She recognized them as her night vision became more clear for her. Asher Salvatore. The odds of the most conceited, cocky vampire in over a hundred years son would be in this room shouldn't have been a surprise to her, but alas, it was. Next her orbs went to her archer and her heart stopped for a moment. She raked her brain for reasons why Daryl would be in here but she got nothing and a slight hint of anger was tasted on her tongue. Then she looked to the last person and for a split second she thought it was either Katherine or Elena but then she remembered Katherine had went into hiding and Elena, well, she was too busy being attached to one of the Salvatore's hips.
