The air is calm for once. Only the faintest rustle of wind tickling the grass and causing it to twitch as if in conscious acknowledgement of the air’s presence. Things have been still, quiet. Unusual for him, as Hunters would often come seeking to take him down thinking they could gain some materials for their armor or weaponry. But Morgem had no time for such thing and is certainly not thinking about it when he wakes upon his nest, stretching out slow and cat-like as his mouth opens with a yawn. 

There is a tingling at the back of his mind. The indication that someone potentially worthy of one of his eggs might be near. The great beast pauses for a moment or two, considering and just gathering the energy, before shoving up onto his four. Right... could not spend the hours wiling away in the cavern. 

Calmly he treads out of the nest and through the cave, soon jutting his head out into the sunlight. It was a warm day, even with his presence that cooled the air. A slow inhale is followed by and even slower exhale, mist flowing in great rivers from his lungs. 

‘... Food first. Then I shall think of the matter at hand.’

{♚}—; It had been quite an eventful yet odd day for Ghidorah, given that they’d awoken from his slumber that didn’t at all look like the planet that they’d been staying on. Waking up with snow on their body and an unfamiliar scent in the air, it smelled and tasted much different so they could easily tell it wasn’t the same place. 

There was no telling how this had happened, if someone tried to get rid of them somehow or if someone had a terrible mistake in bringing him here while sleeping. But regardless they were in this strange land and intended to find out what there was to see here, and if there was any benefits to be had for them.

First thing they had done was fly through the skies and peer down on several large settlements and villages all crying out in terror at the sight of them, though hadn’t seen any true opposition as they scoured the land receiving suggestions from San and Ni as they began to traverse.

Although they hadn’t gone too far before Ghidorah stopped, noticing a black dragon flying around in the sky and coming right for them. They had seen many others like this, but this one was more unique looking with it’s darker more intimidating appearance though smaller compared to the apex size of the golden dragon. 

Although it amused the three headed beast seeing this little one coming at him though they could sense energy from the other, interesting. 

The middle head, known as Ichi barred his teeth and hissed as he gave a warning to the incoming dragon to give it a chance to be warded off. “I warn you, do not come any closer.”

Nornfang had been dissembled and reassembled multiple times, once she had been done and it was put up.  She had been staring at Fred for a few minutes, awaiting to see if he had diverted his attention towards her.  It took a while before she did the smile, he had been wrapped up within his own assembly of his rifle.

   "Don’t move, Demon!” The Arbiter had his carbine rifle trained on the armored Spartan, barking the order out from his mandibles. There had been a great chase between them. A hunt that felt like years. Always ahead was the Spartan, always finding a way to escape and evade capture. Now, Thel felt more confident that this time he would finally be able to snag the infamous monster.

——- Chittering quietly to herself, the larval Queen found herself in the new ship’s cargo Bay Area. Perfect! She would find a safe space to hide in and hunker down for the trip. A little niche caught her attention and she quickly curled up in the space. A low purr rose from her throat - she would be safe here. At least, she’s hoped so. And hopefully nobody would find her there.

The Baron had recently come to a decision; he really, really didn’t like covenant very much. One particular species that had raised his ire was the Kig-yar. The scrawny little things fought from a distance, and didn’t even have the good taste to use a Dragunov. Suffice to say when a streak of plasma shot past his helmeted head, he was less than pleased.

In a blur of red, Hammer shot out on its cable, screeching through the air and impacting with the Jackal, a massive hand wrapping around its throat and dragging it back, only for it to be slammed over the nearest wall with a sickening crunch, its back bending at an angle that indicated a serious break. Baron Kazimir retrieved the rifle from the mangled body, examining it before snapping it in half. As he looked up from his handiwork he noted someone watching his exploits. After a pause, he raised his smaller hand in greeting.
