I'm Maeve... and I have had a tumblr for a while, but mostly devoted to just TV shows and books I like, such as Doctor Who, Sherlock, the Infernal Devices & Mortal Instruments series. Â But this blog is to talk about my conservation efforts. Â
I have gone to a charter school once before in my life, a small school that specialized in environmental stewardship.  I accomplished many cool things there  - such as running a used book sale for AWF (African Wildlife Foundation) and installing a recycled glass, porous sidewalk called Filterpave made by Presto Geosystems. Â
I have been accepted to go to Conserve School up in Land o Lakes WI, a beautiful semester school that houses environmental activists for basically nothing for a semester. I can't wait. Â So part of this blog is going to be about that, part is going to be what I find interesting that's going on in the conservation world right now. Â So, follow me if you'd like, I promise I won't be boring!
