hi! I realized when I gave you toxic yuri recs awhile back, I forgot one of my favourites. It's a visual novel called Corpse Factory. The game is very dark and is not a romance but is a psychological thriller. the main character Noriko is sapphic (probably bi and very hung up on a specific girl) and she's insane and disgusting and very compelling to me hehe.
The game is focused around Noriko and her descent into insanity as she tries to manipulate people into killing themselves through increasing escalating means. She's very Light Yagami about her plans and digs herself deeper and deeper into something very terrible. The yuri is very toxic although I can't explain how without spoiling anything. There's also my specific favourite kind of toxic het in it too dfjhkfd the game sounds so terrible but the characters are all so compelling and the mental health issues they all have are actually treated with so much nuance. I'll include a picture of Noriko being broody hehe
