Salandra De Amira Cult leader to the coven of Tides and hard light. Salandra leads a small coven in worship of old esoteric divine figures, The great leviathan the devourer of worlds and keeper of gates who dwells in the blackness of the sea. Normally worshiped by seaponies she was drawn to him after she washed up on shore after nearly drowning on day. Her price for his favor and mark is when she had made her full sized coven he desired half of her flock in exchange for power which she happily gave. The second Figure she wirships is the Great Hyperion Lord of light, Hyperion is a very old figure to pony worship Father of the sun,moon,hope and many more divine figures. He fell out of favor with equestria being focused around female rulers, the church thought a male god would undermine the princess’s rule. Salandra sought out his powerful favor, which he provided by having her send one of her children to his side. Her son accepted being the steward of light and upon the alter was given to hyperion. Celestia detests cults and there practices but this one relativly keeps to themselves with only the occasional unwilling sacrifice to there gods. Salandra’s knowledge of the occult and power of the divines she wields though makes her a force to be reckoned with. A perfect fit to undertake a mission no noble soul should. But why would a cult leader accept such a suicidal request from a princess well, the divines do need more regular sacrifices, and the jails of equestria can get a bit full at times.
