Deep Fried Salted Egg Yolk King Prawns - Salted egg yolk and flour-coated king prawns deep fried to golden brown perfection, served with fried crispy curry leaves and sliced chilli. To make their point, they even have a few pieces of diced salted egg yolk thrown in. The taste of the salted egg yolk is actually not very strong but you can't mistake it for anything else. The king prawns are huge and succulent!
