Iāve told my coworker that I will be doing that next time I see her. Cos seriously, Iāve had annoying customers before, I can still manage to be all smiles and tell them to have a good day. But this bitch doesnāt deserve a good day for being rude and just a general asshole. She is my top 1 most hated customer.

Talk to your manager first! You don't know what kind of person that customer is, in case they have influence and is petty enough to try and hurt you in some way other than physical, like getting you out of your job or smth (this is a legit issue). Take it up with your manager! Stay on the safe side.
If all else fails, THEN repeat your policy to her in tagalog - Ā immediately after she insults you, for added effect.
Tbh I want them to send a complaint, when all Iām doing is keeping the cafe policy in mind. If they get petty that I refuse to make her ācustomizedā drink when we cannot make customized drinks, I feel like sheās in the losing side here.Ā
Also, if they fire me for this, I feel like itāll be their loss because we are VERY UNDER-STAFFED. Weāve had people apply for the job, but none would appear for the interview. And by the end of Summer, at least 3 people are leaving too. So yep.
