sometimes fandom has a tendency to overemphasize a character's traits, but every time I rewatch the war arc I realize all over again that Madara was actually just like that, textually. in canon. he was that crazy, his hair was that big, and he was that obsessed with Hashirama. no fandom embellishment needed. amazing.
