during the writing process all authors should be asking themselves “does my character belong to a genre of character that exists in naruto?” and “am i executing said genre of character worse than kishimoto did?” and if the answer to both is yes they should do some revisions. this does not need to be legally or contractually mandated because the embarrassment of doing something worse than kishimoto did should be enough motivation in and of itself.

ever since they banned ninja swords in london now phone snatchers have to simply use their ninjutsu to aid in phone snatching, which has ironically made the problem much worse as you're often targeted by lads using shadow clones or they straight up just rasengan you like fuck off

it bothers me when someone brings up misogyny in shounen anime and people shrug it off with "its designed for teenage boys, what can you expect." like well. idk i think its actually pretty important that shows for teenage boys are normal about women. i mean i think all media should be normal about women but teenagers are impressionable i think we could put a little bit of feminism in the teenage boy shows. it might do some good. you never know.

and this isnt just about shounen i just mean like. if you're excusing misogynistic writing with "well it wasn't written for girls" then i'm seriously questioning your approach to all this.
