Anything cel shaded is timeless and perfect and cheating windwaker bias aside. Cuphead comes to mind. I never been so intrigued by every single frame of animation. It’s so jovial and alive. Everything has so much personality in all of its movements. It’s hard not to get lost in what’s going on but not cause it’s hard to follow cause i just wanna see everything.

Silent hill 2 remake had me in SHAMBLES (ᗒᗩᗕ)
The noise design did so much. The crackling radio, the grunts, the squishes of standing in guts or grime, the voices in the background that are playing at random intervals to make you think there’s something behind you. The infinity staircase and the loud horns. And i loved every minute of it. It was so unnecessarily long and just the longest shiver trailing from my shoulders and spine the whole time.
