Rayna walked around carrying two bags that seemed to weigh as much as herself. She carried them with ease, but she still looked like she was struggling with them. The petite blonde dropped them looking around the hall confused as to where she was. A sigh left her lips as she looked for where she needed to go. “ Shit” she muttered to herself looking for anyone to help her find her way.
“ I still can’t believe I had twins. I can’t believe I’m actually a parent. This is terrifying”

Lost Dreams and Beating Hearts
War. It had many meanings to Brian, and some of those brought back painful memories, especially when the night sky would fall upon the Canadian sky. Tonight, Brian was in his room, and he was so tired from not sleeping in weeks, due to the nightmares he'd get ever since the traumatic war ended. His head was resting on a pillow for awhile, until he decided to get up, take a blanket down to the library, and try to stay awake down there. It would be easier to read, and forget about it, thought Brian, but boy was he wrong. As time passed, and the books piled up on a desk near the lounge chair beside him, Brian found himself falling into a deep sleep. He would not be getting up for some time.
In his dream, Canada didn't exist yet, in fact, it wasn't even a thought in his mind. All that was around was Moon Island, the war outbreak, and his beating heart. Oh how his heart was racing, especially on that day. He remembered James going after him for going against a wish of his. The chains coming at him like something out of hell, and the blood dripping like rain down his face and body. Help! He remembered calling out. Nobody would hear him. Nobody would ever come to his rescue. Brian was always alone, or with James getting abused for days. Even Adrasteia had their way with him, and Castalia made sure he got dealt with. Being locked in a dark room for some of the war, Brian feared his life was ending, especially with the lack of food, water, and sunlight he was allowed access to. Then it hit him like a brick wall...He saw images of how James abused him with everything he had while he was weak. Brian knew that asshole waited until Brian was at his lowest point to attack him, so that way the blue eyed warlock stood no chance. There he was, a knife to his neck, and a small tornado behind him, due to his magic, Brian opened his eyes. He woke up in a panic, and a scream came out. The poor man was still terrified from the war, and he hoped nobody was there to see him like this, but in this house, he knew someone was bound to be there.
