Iβve never heard of that, and I donβt think they will - most hedgehogs roll into a tight ball when they fall, trying to protect themselves. But they can still break a leg or injure their internal organs. Hedgehogs have bad eyesight/depth perception so be always very careful with putting your hedgehog somewhere high like a table or couch.
