       never in his dreams had leon thought his life would look like this ;          walking hand-in-hand with the woman he loved ( and even more          surprising, that loved him ). yet, the empty corridor became filled          with the sound of soft giggling -- the voices of leon and rima, his          new girlfriend ( he had held a torch for her for quite some time, &          after her curse was broken, the first thing she did was confess ).

         despite how light-hearted everything seemed at first glance, leon          knew rima was worried. he knew how it would seem ; a woman          from the slums courting the second prince of nohr. he didn’t care          for public opinion or approval when it came to this ; he loved rima          and that was all that mattered to him. however, he knew it wasn’t          going to be that simple for rima. she would face questioning from          royalty and commoners alike due to the circumstances. the prince          considered those things as they made their way to his room, and          found himself stopping in the middle of the corridor, for he had to          ensure she was alright with this. with everything -- with him.

         “ rima ... ” he started, giving her a reassuring smile ( one that he          hadn’t given to anyone but her ; one that was the opposite of the          dark knight leon of nohr ).

                                                    “ it’s going to be alright. no matter what,                                                     i’ll support you. & it’s because i want to,                                                     so don’t dare start thinking otherwise. ”
