Yup, still doing them! They’re tons of fun, so I don’t think I’ll call it quits any time soon.

You got the Ace of Cups! One of my absolute favorite cards.

Here’s what my deck says about this card: Overflowing joy; represents perfection, a pure state, and the element of water. It rules love of all kinds: lovers, families, friends; represents a love that, as Dante said, ‘moves the sun and the other stars.’ The free reign of the heart in overflowing joy and abundant love.

Water can be both peaceful (like a rain shower), or demanding and terrifying (like a flood). Love, happiness, and connecting with others can feel like that, too. It’s either a nice, soothing thing or you feel like it’s completely out of your hands. But the Ace of Cups suggests that you’re in full command, and have no reason to be afraid. The card is a picture of a hand gently grasping the stem of a goblet. The water in the goblet is still, clear, and bright.

So basically–this is your year for warmth, for compassion, for kindness, and for love in all its forms. If you’re the sort of person who is a little hesitant to show their feelings, take this as a sign to let go of those anxieties.

The people in your life, either by blood or by choice, are the sort of people that will only enrich your life, make you happier, more experienced, and a stronger, more capable person.

If you’re looking for a relationship–or have one already–consider this a very good sign that only warmth, growth, and intimacy lies ahead. All your connections to others will bring positivity, encouragement, and worthwhile benefits. In a slightly nerdier sense, this card also encourages you to get more invested in any ships you might particularly like: love is love, y’know?
