Story

Tiramisù is popular all around the world. It is a typical Italian dessert. Many cities in Italy discuss the authorship of this recipe but nobody knows the truth. What is the truth for sure is that every family in Italy has its own recipe, this is mine.

Ingredients

500g mascarpone

6 eggs

160g caster sugar

300g savoiardi

3 cup of long espresso + 1 cup milk

4 spoons of Marsala

Cocoa powder

Method

Make the coffee, add milk and let cool down, then add Marsala. How to make the mascarpone cream:

Separate egg yolk and egg white

Whip egg while until solid/firm (a pinch of salt will help in getting a better foam)

Whip egg yolk with sugar until it is creamy and white/light yellow

Add mascarpone to the egg yolk

Add ONLY HALF amount of egg white, you need to mix gently

Soak savoiardi in coffee/milk/alcohol mixture and create a row of savoiardi in your casserole/pan. Cover them with a good amount of mascarpone cream. Do the same operation until you finish the cream, the last layer must be of cream. Cover the last layer with a good amount of cocoa powder.

Real Sociedad midfielder Luca Sangalli is in hospital after suffering a mild stroke, the Spanish club have said.

The 23-year-old suffered the stroke on Wednesday morning and is being monitored in the stroke unit of the Hospital Universitario Donostia.

Sangalli made his senior debut for his hometown club in August and scored his first goal against Athletic Bilbao in the Basque derby in October.

A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off.

Sangalli has played six games this season, most recently on 27 October in a 2-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid.
