The incidents occurred from 2009 to recent 2012. Each incident had occurred at different locations all over the map, sometimes even being right next to each other. But every incident had involved a Caprisun pouch.
Reports say that the children had taken the pouch and âdisrespectedâ it in some way. Afterwards, a cloud of smoke would surround them and the child would be âalteredâ. Usually, the altered state reflect on how the pouch was âmistreatedâ. There have been over 50 reports.
