I am still excited about the San Diego Wave Fútbol Club announcing Alex Morgan so I created this loteria inspired graphic with her nickname and jersey number in the design.  🌊⚽

This past Saturday, 17 year old Jaedyn Shaw scored an incredible goal for the San Diego Wave Fútbol Club. Jaedyn faked out the Chicago Red Stars' goalkeeper and defender and shot on goal in the opposite direction and scored! Jaedyn's skill and knowledge to do that at 17 years old and on the professional level is incredible. Jaedyn is a special player and I am looking forward to what else she'll do at the San Diego Wave FC! 🌊

In their second game against Portland Thorns, I felt that Amirah Ali was a game changer as soon as she came onto the pitch. She fought for every ball, her pace is nuts, she has grit and she is becoming one of my favorite players to see play. Amirah also scored today against Angel City and took that ball in and she is a very exciting player to see 🌊⚽️

In their first game against the Angel City on 3/19/22, I think Kailen Sheridan was the Player of the Match for the San Diego Wave FC. She had a great save against Christen Press that could have been Christen’s first goal ever for Angel City. I also made this rating with the way Kailen has been playing lately and crushing at keeper and I couldn't be happier with her at goal. I also wanted to design this in the Fifa player card format, just for fun 🌊⚽️

What a wild game today at Torero Stadium here in San Diego, CA between the San Diego Wave FC & Angel City ! I was thankful to be there again in the stadium again to see all the action and goals & see the team get their first win! 1 goal from Jodie Taylor, 2 goals from Alex Morgan &1 from Amirah Ali ! Lots of good fans cheering on the home team and shoutout to the Angel City fans for making the trip down and bringing the energy too. It was fun being in the supporters section & seeing our supporters group, the Sirens bringing the energy the whole game. Great vibes and good times and so happy soccer is here in San Diego! 🌊⚽️

The San Diego Wave's first home game at Torero Stadium last week on March 26 ended in a loss against the Portland Thorns but it was so good seeing the team attack and never giving up. The second half was the Wave constantly on the attack and shooting, passing and sending crosses into the box but unfortunately, the goal didn't arrive. This Saturday, I have a good feeling a goal will go in and the atmosphere will be amazing! I was there last week and Torero Stadium was electric & buzzing and the fans kept the energy alive and I can only imagine how great it will be this Saturday when they play Angel City again! 🌊⚽️🏃‍♀️

The time finally arrived: San Diego Wave FC is here and has played and they look great for a new expansion team! Their first game on March 26 against Angel City FC ended in a 1-1 draw in Fullerton, CA and there is a lot of promise for this young team. Kelsey Turnbow took some great corner kicks, the dynamic between the team is looking good and I know that they will only get better in time. But I am super happy with the way they played & the future to come 🌊⚽️🏃‍♀️
