The kaldorei’s mouth was left agape mid-sentence at her interruption. Ilethar should have taken her... he might have called it resistance to well-meant advice... into account. And yet here he was, blinking at her for several seconds before he regained his bearings and let his hands fall to his sides.

Losing his defensive stance to match her less aggressive posture Ilethar huffed at her statement.

“An honourable move in times such as this, though I dare doubt that the guards would miss anybody traipsing around with ulterior motives.”

He let her next comment slide - it may have rubbed him the wrong way but, as she seemed to pose no threat after all, what good would it do to point it out?

The kaldorei gave a small sound of surprise. It was out of the ordinary to encounter another person in this particular part of Dalaran at such an ungodly hour. He himself had merely been passing by, a small detour on the way back to his quarters…

          Alamor ran to kneel before the draenei, wincing as he saw the state of condition she was in.  The demons really had their fun with her, her skin absolutely covered in gashes with blood dripping from her face.  The fact of the matter was, was that she was still alive.  At her request, her plead, for him to end it all for her, the rogue bit the inside of his cheek.

     ❝ i, well ── of course . ❞

     a bit of a defeated sigh. this had not been a completely unexpected outcome, to say the least. euanthe had not once prided herself on her physical strength. she was rather weak in body, especially in comparison to her guards. in truth she struggled to hold a firm grip even on artan’s small hand axes. it was not as though she could not wield a small mace or axe and shield should she need it. but she was not adept at such a practice. her prowess was in commandment of the elements and the handling of staves meant to amplify it. should the need arise to guard herself, a hardening of the skin or an elemental would have been her go-to answer .

     feeling herself nearly tip over at the weight of the hefty sword before her, the amalgamation of stone behind her swiftly takes her place and takes it from her hands. earth elementals were far bulkier and heavy set than she was, and it made carrying things around far easier. she would often take one into towns for stock should a talbuk not be readily available to her. the elemental silently offers the sword to the lightforged, wasting very little time in its direction. there is a sigh of relief and a heavy breath as the shaman manages to pull herself up straight once again .
