(Please note that "12:00 AM" means the moment the clock rolls over to that day; ie, at 11:59 PM on November 14th, reserves will not be open, but one minute later, the moment it becomes the 15th, they will be.)

NOVEMBER 15TH, 12:00 AM ➤ Reserves open up.

At this point, you can reserve up to three characters, the current character limit in Eversanctum.  

These three characters will each automatically be reserved for two weeks, and may be extended once – this means you may hold a reserve for a total of three weeks.  

Once the opening period settles, the reserve period will settle back down to one week plus one extension, for a total of two weeks.

If you plan on applying as an original character: you’re free to reserve them still, just to keep everything organized! There will be no ridicule nor judgement for anybody who opts to reserve one of their own original characters, despite the inherent nature of OCs not needing to be reserved.

NOVEMBER 15TH, 1:00 AM ➤ First batch of reserves will be posted.

Other reserves will be posted throughout the week; the frequency will depend as to when they come in, but they will never be left for longer than 2 days unanswered.

NOVEMBER 22ND, 12:00 AM ➤ Applications open up.

You may submit an application for each of your reserved characters, so long as they are ready (ie, you may apply for up to three characters at Eversanctum’s launch).  

Applications may be completed before this point, so long as you know you have the character and the reserve, 

AROUND DECEMBER 1ST, 12:00 AM ➤ Eversanctum's first event.

Depending on scheduling, this may end up being slightly early or slightly late, but members will be kept in the know – that is, if the event will happen on the 2nd instead, you'll all know in advance.  

No matter what, the event will run for 2 weeks.

EARLY JANUARY ➤ Eversanctum's first activity check.

This means that, between late November and the end of December, members will need to have achieved only 2 posts. One of these posts, as mentioned in our rules, needs to be an interaction with another member.  

After this point, activity checks will run monthly, and will cover a calendar month (ie, the activity check posted at the start of February will be checking to make sure you have 2 posts during the entirety of January).

Until the event ends, things are expected to be a little slow and casual while everybody gets settled in; that's fine! It's because of this expected pacing, as well as the upcoming holiday season and a certain MMORPG's upcoming expansion, that the initial activity standards are a little bit lax. We don't want to make anybody feel like they have to bite off more than they can chew!
