This kit featured three products: a head to toe wash, a moisturizer, and a stretch mark treatment cream. I don’t know about you, but I love discovery kits like this one! Especially if you have never tried a brand before. Sometimes it is hard to judge whether you will like a brand or not with just one product. Kits like this allow you to experience multiple products at once.
Now I can’t say whether the stretch mark cream works or not since my stretch marks are all from when I was younger and have faded with time. But I can talk about my experience with the texture and smell of the product. There was no major scent to it, and I absolutely loved the texture of this cream. It’s incredibly hydrating and a lovely gentle moisturizer.
The head to toe wash was an incredibly mild scent. I’m not someone who uses a product like that on my head usually since my scalp can be very picky. But I did use it as a body wash, and it was mild enough for my eczema patches to handle. It had a very mild lather to it, and wasn’t too stripping of moisture. It is also a baby safe formula for anyone with babies in their life who are looking for gentle skincare for young ones.
Lastly I can see why the MLE lotion is so popular! MLE stands for multi layer emulsion. This was a gentle enough moisturizer for my eczema covered hands. It was such a relief to find another option that works for me. It has no fragrance which was another reason why I love it! And considering it is a lotion and more lightweight, it still did an amazing job at keeping my skin nice and moisturized.

Shankara offers a variety of products. One of the nice things about this particular company is their line of skin care product samples. The sample kits cost $10 each with free shipping and handling. It's very reasonably priced. I actually paid $8 using a discount code. I elected to try the Shankara Vata Skincare Sample Kit. I ordered November 8th. I received November 10th. Customer service followed up via email November 14th. They have fast shipping and exceptional support. As you can see from the photos, this skincare kit includes a decent amount of each sample: hydrating cleanser, micro exfoliator, anti age serum, rich repair oil, and moisturizer. The hydrating cleanser has a citrus-mint scent, is gentle; and, my face feels cool during and after cleansing. The micro exfoliator has a sweet scent and the texture of a sugar scrub. The anti age serum has a light floral scent. A little goes a long way. It's not greasy. It's easily absorbed into the skin. The rich repair oil has a wonderful warm scent with vanilla undertones. Be careful. It's easy to pour too much. A little goes a long way. If you aren't accustomed to using repair oils or are uncertain, use the moisturizer instead. The moisturizer has a very typical facial cleanser scent; but, is scentless once it's applied and absorbed into your skin. This skin care kit leaves your face and neck with a nice silky texture after use. When you wake in the morning, you'll notice your skin has a soft, supple, hydrated, and smooth appearance. After testing this product on myself for several days, I've noticed it appears to minimize the visibility of imperfections, specifically scars. This is my experience. Your experience may be different. I've been using these products every night since it arrived. I still have a decent amount of product left. It's more of a mini product or a travel size kit than a sample kit. With this sample kit, you'll be able to enjoy the benefits of each product before determining whether or not it's for you.
None
