Spent the evening baby sitting kids yesterday and also trying to see how I can intervene on them being witness to family violence. Kid #1 is more aquatinted with me and she seems to have a healthy esteem and attachment to both parents. However she is still not keen on talking about "serious" matters.. But I'll give it to her. After all, it's more fun playing than talking... Kid #2 was adorable. Val: what's your fav animal! Kid2: lion! Val proceeds to draw a lion Kid2: Lions can protect people! Val: yeah! They can bite all the bad people Kid2: ya and they will be nice to the good people right? ---- Val: over the phone and gave out my IC number xxxxxxxxxA Kid2: A is a letter from the alphabet! Hahahaha sighhh how can I not love this vulnerable little ones Kid#3 I've never met before but we quickly grew close and started drawing and coloring. It also helped that I gave her candy hahaha. We proceeded to playing with guns with loud PIANGPIANGPIANG and me being Super girl and her Batman. We also played hide and seek. I love it when kids cover their eyes and think just because they can't see others, that others can't see them too. Hahahaha. Sigh.. The innocence...
So, my backpack was somewhere open and prominent yet I still fail to notice it... But thanks to Esther, I could only guess who would put my bag at Jor's table hahaha sigh. Also, cutie of a Lego(s) 😩😍

Went on an orientation prog with 4 of my colleagues today and I had fun listening to them, laughing with (& at) them and really just their company was good.

my horned headband for my Halloween!Nat cosplay is done. they took me about 3 days to make (mainly bc of paint drying and school getting out at 7pm. i was planning on making them in one day but that didn't happen)
