itβs a bit better now. I think itβs just my birthday coming and how hard this past year has been after a string of hard years. this is probably the worst year out of all of them AND I have to face it all alone.
on top of that basically everyone close to me has a bunch of crazy life stuff so I canβt even lean on them the way I might be able to normally and Iβm PAINFULLY aware of how much of a burden I am to them because of all of this.
