At 32 minutes they talk about sports psychologists, ‘super skills’ and the example of Max Whitlock

At 36 minutes they talk about the pressure going into 2012 Olympics and how they were told to ‘be tough’, don’t see physios or psychologists, etc. (this bit was sad but keep listening because Reiss’ attitude now sounds perfect)

At 42 minutes they talk about how the British team lost their ‘team’ attitude after 2012 Olympics and it affected their results

At 48 minutes they talk about why Reiss couldn’t go to 2016 Olympics - I had no idea the British head was at fault for that!
