âHush, Little Birdâ |Â ***Â COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN!***Â
This is a painting I had unfinished for weeks now, which I also posted WIPs before on Instagram, and I finally decided to finish. It features baby/Fantasy!AU Rose (the little bird-child) and Sam, my original characters (Sam started as part of my crazy Harry Potter/X-Files!AU, but she pretty much has become an original character, I grew really fond of her haha <3 ). I doodled them in my sketchbook just as a mindless sketch but I thought that, for some reason, they would really fit together in a painting =)

Iâm trying to rewatch cycle 1 of AUS, but the narrative is so confusing. Like I canât tell who the villain is because Sam, Alanna, and Gemma all look bad at one point in time. I personally was fine with Gemma winning, but Iâm sure she came across as a villain for Sam fans, but Iâm sure it could be looked at him other way (upon rewatch I kindof hate Sam and Iâve always hated Alanna of course). I just know Chloe and Shannon were always portrayed well but everyone else idk
AusNTM Cycle 1 was always a bit confusing. It suffered from the same problems all NTM franchises suffer from in the initial few runs. I feel like Allana is obviously the villain of the first few episodes, but after that I definitely think it gets cloudy. Who was the villain really depended on who you established a connection for in the first few episodes. I personally liked Sam, purely because I loved Zoe. Whereas Gemma I just found her progress a bit confusing. Looking back her portfolio and work was solid, but she just irritated me. But I can totally seem someone coming in, hating Sam, and then liking Gemma purely because she was the foil to Sam.
Chloe was definitely my favourite, she just came across as so sweet. Still slightly bitter she didnât win, even if Gemmaâs post show career has displayted she probably deserved it.
