Ten-year-old Sam Evans was surprised at how rapidly the assessment came. Just like that? He barely understood what the term even meant. But he smiled and nodded and pretended he knew what was happening. His homeschooling began for the next seven years and a tutor was brought in, teaching him the importance of obedience and the correct etiquette of submissive in all situations. What his underdeveloped teenage brain didn’t realize that he was still a submissive, and the government was his Dom.
