Oh wow, the new SaM update. 😮 It's perfect. I have emotions, I want to talk about it... Is there a Satan and me discord? Because I kinda need there to be one.

The inspiration for this is the scene where satan cleans his back in the lake after sacrificing his wings.
Played around with some colors, discovered liquid blood wings are hard to draw, and I’m starting to get pretty comfortable with drawing digitally again.
I’ve got the next two weeks off, so hopefully I’ll be able to finish a few more drawings before inktober is over.

For day six of @marcy-senpai’s satan and me INKTOBER prompts “pinup” a... well pinup. Just a simple one of Laila.
My piece for prompt number three “dissonance”. Went with mental dissonance and tried experimenting with a super limited color palette. With no yellows or oranges, which made drawing Natalie a bit challenging. Still, I think it ads to the sense of despair. I’m not sure how I feel about the end result, but I’ll go crazy if I stare at in any longer. So I’m moving on to the next one.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the prompt “celebration” on @marcy-senpai’s list of Satan and me INKTOBER prompts was Zadkiel’s origin story and how a moment that probably should have been a celebration felt like anything but.
And yeah, one prompt down. Only almost a week too late.
