Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips paleo-friendly. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp sea salt. Coarse sea salt for topping.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, chocolate powder, and 1/4 tsp sea salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl. To the dry ingredients, add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Stir to form a dough. Add the dark chocolate chips and fold. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Form dough into tablespoon-sized balls by scooping it out. Using a fork or your fingers, lightly press them into the baking sheet. Add a small amount of fine sea salt to the top of every cookie. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the centers are still soft but the edges are set, in a preheated oven. Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool down completely. These Paleo Dark Chocolate Salted Truffle Cookies are delicious!
