something I've noticed about Lin Qingyu is that he often knows things before he ever confirms them. like in his head he knows, but he NEVER assumes. every time he waits until most of the evidence is laid out before ever deciding on a conclusion. yeah, he definitely knows from just the first clue, but he never lets himself actually BELIEVE IT until all the puzzle pieces glue together. he makes a hypothesis quietly, puts it in the back of his mind, and then silently waits for the evidence to come rolling in. all without showing what hes really thinking, too. truly goes to show how logical of a thinker he is. like "im not gonna confirm for sure until i see it with my own eyes".
