Salted eggs have become popular to the point where they are used in almost every dish. So yesterday, I also followed the trend and made salted egg squid. I include some curry leaves and powder to make it a more authentic Malaysian Chinese dish. 

However, not all salted eggs have the same level of saltiness. In my case, I had to add some salt to the salted egg sauce before coating the squid with it.
