BDNDJSJFNDJDNF that makes me so happy you don't even know ππ ive actually been thinking about it more and comparing it to the slasher fic as ive been writing, like the differences between how the reader is treated by silas and (eventually) slasher bh.. part of it is the presence of genuine emotional connection and part of it is the reader's personality... idk i don't want to spoil anything !!
also some of my struggle with continuing snake bite has been pacing lol. im planning on having the reader stick with bh for a short time before splitting off to do some soul searching, and i was initially going to breeze over that brief time they spend together, but now im kinda thinking it'd be better if there were a couple shenanigans first bc GOD knows that man gets up to some hijinks no matter where he goes lmao. ill figure it out eventually!! sorry to make you wait so long on an update tho π
