Deliciously dry, with a smidgen of acidity and an almost nutty savoriness, this Manotsuru “Demon Slayer” has plenty of upfront fruit like unripe banana and rambutan billowing over earthy minerals (a nice medium body, I’d say). I think I ate this mf with a cheesy corned beef melt and it was sooooo good lol (Meisho Movie Arts Oni Darth Maul, in attendance)
