Yume Musical & SailorMoonGerman - 25 years of Sera Myu (2018)

An impressive and charming fan tribute to Sailor Moon Musicals ^^ 

I've always had a soft spot for "Minna no Ai wo Kaesenai", probably because it was in the last run of Yume Musical in 2015/2016. I love these typical serious Sera Myu shots!

And yes, we did the singing, which definitely wasn't my favorite part, haha. I hope this comes out as decent, as I wasn't able to hear myself on stage. Fingers crossed for the show’s footage!

And now we wrap up the show!

"Moment Fatal" was our curtain call song WHICH I LOVED!!!!!!! We did a interlude of "Tuxedo Versus" choreography, which worked so well.

It was followed by "Un Nouveau Voyage", which I haven't heard before and then couldn't get out of my head, and "La Soldier" of course.

I love this little Neptune/Jupiter shot haha (poor Pluto is lounging around because of her injury! I was glad she was able to do "Minna" and the curtain call though <3)

Animuc 2018 arrived with a shrine theme and I was super excited to attend on Saturday!

Our guests were Felix Mayer (SMC’s Umino), Shandra Schadt (SMC’s Saturn and also the classic Kakyuu, but also the German voice of Jessica Alba and Hannah Montana) and Kai Taschner (Jadeite and Hakw’s Eye in Classic) - the panel was amazing and super fun! And also super, super interesting.

I was basically the only civic Senshi (I planned to do a full-on yukata cosplay with my Haruka, sadly she got sick and so I switched for something more comfortable, since it was very hot anyway) and almost the only Outer (there was one pretty Saturn!). Generally, there was not a lot “Sailor Moon” cosplaying going on, compared to my first Animuc four years ago. There were a bunch of Princesses and two amazing warriors (Jupiter and Mars) and a “normal” Moon and Venus, but yeah ... more than that, I really expected a lot more Violet Evergreens! (I only saw one, but she aced it!) My favorite cosplay, however, was by two guys doing JD and Turk from “Scrubs”. (Also, only one - super cute - Tracer!)

I will post more pictures as I get them, but here’s one more highlight:

Rei-chan and I went to see Azumi Inoue and her daughter Yuyu. Azumi debuted through “Castle in the Sky” and sang various Ghibli songs to us and then they did “Moonlight Densetsu”, which sounded amazing at e-guitar.

Our second episode of “Senshi Storytime” is up! My close friend and perfect Haruka cosplayer Yui dubbed her own fanfiction of what happened after the fight at the garage in episode 106 (MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE I’M SURE THIS IS A SURPRISE TO YOU)

A while ago, SailorMoonGerman organised a Outer Senshi themend Maid Café at Hanami convention in Ludwigshafen. I sadly wasn't present (trust me, I would have popped out one of Michiru's ridic QPot café dresses just because), so I made my own little Outers café!

In case you're interested: Maido no Kisetsu were responsible for delicious-looking Neptune cupcakes (although I think they made it very sweet which isn't what I would imagine Michiru lol) and Angelina Paustian, autoher of the manga cookbook, mixed a few fancy looking drinks!
