Watching from the sidelines was rough. Itâs the first time ever in the entire nearly three year long WWE career that heâs had where he wasn't able to be in a match. There had always been a place for him on the card whether it be a championship match, living a dream match, or fighting to protect the brand which he built. Tonight was the first time where he didnât have to worry about putting on his gear or lacing his boots. Youâd think that he would be happy to have one night off but in fact, it was very much so the opposite. Not because he wasnât on the card but because of WHY he wasnât on the card and the reason why is because of Daniel Bryan. The women of Monday Night RAW and Smackdown Live had went to war and the ending sucked no matter how he looked at it. Not only did the women of Smackdown Live fail to pick up the women but the one women he was rooting for on that brand, the Legit Boss herself, was screwed out of being one of the survivors. Styles had seen her purple hair in the distance and she looked visibly upset, however, that did not stop him from approaching her. Regardless of the brands they were on, there had always been some respect shared between the two of them. Warriors respected warriors. Heart respected heart. Passion respected Passion. âYou shouldâa been out there with your hand raised,â the male would say to catch her attention. His southern draw noticeable which surely made it easier for her to recognize who it was. His arms were crossed over his chest and he shook his head. âI was rooting for Asuka but honestly, and Iâm speaking for all of us on Smackdown, we didnât wanna see Nia with her hand raised. We donât like her for what she did to our champion.â
