where their first date was and what it was like -  punk took nikki to have a nicer restaurant and it was tense given their history. she wasn’t completely convinced of giving him another chance but deep down that younger woman who fell in love with him wanted this to work. punk was stubborn and deadset on making this work but he was out of his element the entire time since he wasn’t exactly the nice, higher price environment wasn’t his thing.

who asks who out and how ( with a sign? spelled out on a cake? just a simple ‘will you go out with me’? ) - punk asked out nikki about… twenty times before she gave him a chance? it was always more simple but there was a time or two where he tried to bribe her throat a cake or with a bottle of wine that he knew she’d like which she probably realize if CM PUNK (the former leader of the Straightedge Societ) was buying her alcohol? then you could say that he was almost desperate to get his way.

who proposes first - punk would propose to nikki. probably in the middle of the ring. after she’s won the woman’s championship, he’s won the WWE/Universal Championship or something like that. and in the background is a wonderous chorus of boos because they are a heel power couple that no one likes.  like they’re two people who take being heel serious. they don’t try to be the ‘cool heel’. they bask in the hatred of the fans. 

if they keep / kept their relationship secret or let everyone know right away - it was probably a secret at first because both of them are independent people who can get shit done on their own but when they went public, they embraced their relationship right away, nikki kicked brie to the side, and it’s hard to not know they are in a relationship. 

where the proposal happens and how ( kiss cam at a baseball game? on a hillside surrounded by ducks? at a disney park? ) - please reread the ‘who proposes first’ answer because i answered it there and then realized this question was a thing.

if they adopt any pets together - yes. they are going to adopt a dog together. probably something that’s more to nikki’s taste but also something that has a little spunk to match punk’s attitude. i don’t see it being a big dog. maybe medium size at most. something nikki can sit with at home.

who’s more dominant - punk is without a doubt the dominant one but we know that nikki can be rather dominant herself. i don’t think they will ever let themselves get to the point where punk is 100% the sub but it might be 50/50 at some points.

where their first kiss was and what it was like - their first kiss was back during their original fling, probably outside of her hotel room when he walked her to her room after a night of hanging out and partying with co-workers, and it probably led to them having sex for the first time as well. it was just a little kiss at first but then it quickly led to a second kiss and then more.

if they have any matching couples stuff ( mugs? sweaters? pillowcases? ) - not really. they might have a few pairs of gear that are designed to match with each other but it’s still their gear, their logos, etc. just the colors are meant to match. it was 110% nikki’s idea. 

how into pda they are - they are kind of into some pda. obviously, they’re not going to go around having live sex celebrations and they’re not going to go around groping his dick through his gear or her breasts through her gear… but they’re going to kiss each and he might smack her ass.

who holds the umbrella when it rains - punk because tall. not much else beyond that.

where their usual ‘date spot’ is ( if applicable ) - they are on the road a lot so their go-to spots might be little cafes where they can get coffee. if they’re at home, it’s typically what nikki suggests since she’s a lot more knowledgeable when it comes to good places to eat.

who’s more protective - both of them are rather protective when it comes to each other considering they’re stupidly in love with each other, but i wanna say punk’s a little more protective but that also stems from jealousy a little. nikki also has no problems stepping up to a bitch if they hurt punk.

how long it is before they sleep together ( can be as in ‘had sex’ or as in ‘shared a bed’ ) - it wasn’t long after their flirting began. like it really wasn’t. she jumped his bones as soon as she got the chance and he didn’t even try to stop her.

if they argue about anything - yes, obviously.  they love each other but they’re also two different people. it often leads to them getting into disagreements that could lead to arguments. it’s mostly trivial stuff but sometimes it’s a serious argument.

who leaves more marks ( lipstick, hickeys, scratchmarks etc. ) - both of them. both of them leave marks on the other and aren’t ashamed about it. punk’s marks typically blend in with his tattoos and you don’t really notice them and nikki is able to cover up hers with make-up.

who steals whose clothes and how often - nikki will sometimes steal one of his shirts or one of his jerseys if it’s a lazy day and they’re relaxing but for the most part, no. nikki doesn’t steal his clothes and punk certainly doesn’t steal her clothes.

how they cuddle ( spooning? facing each other? ) - it’s either one of two ways: sometimes they’re spooning and punk has an arm wrapped around her with his hand sometimes holding onto her breast or they’re facing each other and he’s resting a hand on her side or on her ass.

what their favourite nonsexual activity is - eating. they both probably love eating. and then it gives them a reason to have a good gym session the next morning. punk normally follows nikki’s lead in the gym since she has a better routine than he does. punk is more experienced in an MMA gym. 

how long they stay mad at each other - not long, tbh.

what their usual coffee / tea orders are - i’m not sure what nikki’s is but i know punk is a more traditional coffee kind of guy. he likes some cream and quite a bit of sugar. if he’s feeling dangerous, he might ask them to do a pump of a certain flavor.

if they ever have any children together - no they do not.

if they have any special pet names for each other - nothing out of the ordinary. they call each other sweetheart, babe, honey, etc. nikki will sometimes call him an asshole but that’s about it.

if they ever split up and / or get back together - they haven’t split up since they officially became a couple. there has probably been some times where they just needed a little bit of time away from each other but that’s about it.  it normally lasts no longer than a day before things go back to normal.

what their shared living space is like ( messy? clean? what kind of decor? ) - clean. elegant with a nice aesthetic. most of their design was done by nikki. punk likely has his own office where it’s 110% him in that room from the colors to the horror/slasher props decorating the room. the rest of the house is nikki.

what their first christmas / hanukkah / etc as a couple was like - it was relaxing. it was with brie and daniel which made things more comforting since daniel and punk are like brothers in their own right. 

what their names are in each other’s phones - no clue. i don’t picture punk to be giving her any special names. he might put a little heart next to her name... or a peach... because she’s got a nice ass.

if they have any ‘couple traditions’ ( buying a new mug for their collection every year? baking every friday evening? ) - a certain gym workout the morning before a show. they’re always wanting to push each other and make sure they’re in peak condition going into an important match. it’s an odd tradition but given the nature of the business, they want to make sure they have no excuses.

who falls asleep first and who wakes up first - nikki falls asleep first; punk wakes up first.

who’s the big spoon / little spoon - punk is big spoon ; nikki is little spoon

who hogs the bathroom - nikki does. it’s probably something they argue about because he’s left with barely any hot water sometimes and he has to rush in the bathroom.
