Bad picture but can someone help!! My sage stem is turning brown, but the new leaves are still growing. Shes a few months old. How can I save her? She was over watered for a while (gf didnt tell me she was also watering the sage plant daily) so that may be the cause, but she was the first of my sage seeds to grow, I dont want to lose her. Is there a way to stop the brown from spreading? Can I propogate her this young? Any help/reblogs greatly appreciated, shes very important to me!! Thank you!

Edit: Also, I know I need to repot her soon. Any general sage care tips would be great too, especially with the repotting process. I'm a witch, so this is probably my most important plant!
