Mr.Juarez, how do you plan to improve Cancun’s global image and reputation?
The plan is to show the city and daily life within it, we need to clear the name of our city as most of the crimes showcased in global media occur far away from the actual city, I believe it was as far away as forty miles from the central district of Cancun. I would like to direct funding into the beautification of the main city, making it as gorgeous and appealing to tourists as the Hotel district has become. The addition of local artistic works will help revitalize the city while attracting more tourists to El Centro. International promotion and outreach should be increased with a prominent focus on tourist safety and city wide improvement.
