Motion capture studio in Sabah Animation Creative Content Centre (SAC3): So happy to be in one of the top motion capture studio in Malaysia and it is right here in Sabah at SAC3. What you see in this short video (will do a better one soon): - the first screen you see is when they add texture, skin, etc and other post production process for the captured motion. - the next two screens are the live feed and also capturing of the model Cavendish in action. - you'll see Cavendish making basic motion capture movements. You have to be trained first to be one as you will be wearing sensitive motion sensor equipment. - as mentioned, the high end equipment and setup here are the same ones used to make Hollywood movies. Those infrared camera cost 6 digits (RM) each! Btw, the motion capture studio is open to any film/animation producers especially local ones to implement motion capture in their production.
