Karkat thinks he recognized the Demon, which tells us quite a lot.

First of all, it's almost certainly not Bec, since Karkat doesn't even know about Earth yet. And if it is Lord English, then English might be someone we already know - or at least, related to someone we already know.

This, however, doesn't really tell us anything at all.
