This floor plan comes from Designs for Convenient Living Portfolio #43 A MidCentury Contemporary/Modern 3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - oversized garage - multiple terraces sunken living room - room for hobbies - laundry area - hot tub - junker car 2-Step Foundation fully furnished - with No CC - 

This series of houses is built from plans by Richard B. Pollman (1914-1980,) and are a part of his Designs for Convenient Living - specifically from Portfolio #43. (I couldn't find an exact publication date for Portfolio #43; but Portfolio #45 was published in 1963, and Portfolio #47 was published in 1966. So I think it is safe to say this was probably in 1961-62-ish?)

The original floor plan is included, below. I made very few TS2 adjustments. I have no clue where the floor plan came from? I've had it in my collection since 2008, or so. An educated guess has me thinking it is a modular home design? Most of the houses built within the last 40 years, here in Central Florida, are of this style. I've also got a reversed plan - here - with an added bed/bath, and a pool. I hope one of these Florida style houses catches your sims eye!
