This beautiful house scrolled across my dash yesterday... I've been recreating in the Sims 2 ever since.
I wish I had giant big oaks to frame it with - but I'm pretty happy with it so far. What do you think?
It's only got 3 CC so far: the Bespoke set, HL's floor edger, and my recolor of the stairs.

It was an instant like when I saw your first post in the NOLA series. I plan to use them to spruce up my 1t2 Old Town in my uberhood (thinking of placing them near the Old Town district of the Goth Sr house ofc).
How big do you intend to make the NOLA series? I am waiting for all the releases before starting to incorporate them into my uberhood.
Thank you for your wonderful builds. I have used some of them in my game.
YAY <3 I'm so glad you like my builds - and find uses for them! Woot! I am officially done with the current NOLA series - it was just 6 houses and 3 downtown "blocks". I was going to do more shop rows... but my attention has pivoted back to modern builds now. *sigh* Anyway - use them all you like. Rebuild and "fix" them up as you need them to be. Enjoy! And have fun. ;)
Grid-Adjusting for a Slope: Tutorial

This is a quick tutorial detailing how to use the Grid-Adjuster to make a sloped area like the house has. It's too long to post the whole thing here on tumblr - but click through to either MTS, Simblr, or my Blog to get the whole thing. Thanks!🦚
The house will be Downloadable when I'm done with it. ;)
Workin' on more NOLA builds ;)
This will be an apartment block - across the street from a corner full of shops. Check out the varied foundation heights... Fun! :D
The inspo came from my recent trip to New Orleans.
