Hungry G.epard thoughts again bc I miss him. At the end of the quest, when people from underworld was finally free to go out, he did as much as he could to make form a good relationship between its people and the s.ilvermane guards, attending to its issues and organizing events to break the ice, the first of events being a great banquet to welcome them into the surface and celebrate their freedom.
Now, I see G.epard as man who can eat quite a lot, he's strong and muscly and works so much everyday, so he always ends working up an appetite. But at this banquet, he would barely touch the food, putting a miserably small portion on his plate and claiming he's had enough when he finished. He's clearly lying. But the thing is, this is not an event for him to get his fill, it's for the people of the underworld to do it, the people of B.elobog wich he has swore to protect and take care of. All of those people, some of them kids, had spent so much time without having enough of basically anything, including food. So to him, it's the correct thing to do to stay hungry today if the rest can have their fill and even some more.
He doesn't expect anyone to notice it, after all, the place is all noisy with the conversation, laughter and music, so surely no one would hear his tummy complaining, growing more insistent as he watch the others eating the best dishes B.elobog has to offer, and knowing he isn't going to get any of that.
To his annoyement, at the end there IS someone who notes it. When everyone is finally going home and now it's time to tide up, S.ampo aproaches G.epard, making teasing coments about his still rumbling and very much empty tummy. And now that there isn't as much of a fuss as before, he can't just deny it. It really is just S.ampo's personal and annoying way of showing he cares, he may even offer him a snack (or a full meal) to fill up his tummy.
