Given the timing of the elounor break up and the timing of the pregnancy announcement, i have always had the feeling that the main purpose of the babygate narrative was to keep Louis relevant during the hiatus. At the same time i thought it was meant also to keep him in the closet. After two years i’m realizing that they almost never ‘use’ that poor kid to run a narrative, but just to promote Louis. This means that his team has never considered Louis able to be successful just for his music. This means that they’ve never realized how talented and charasmatic he is. And this is the biggest crime of them all.
