Roland has Major Depressive Disorder and genuinely struggles to get out of bed nearly everyday. His wife used to help him with routine but now that she’s gone its gotten so much worse
Gregor has Autism Spectrum Disorder and PTSD from both the war and his mother. Pablo is his emotional support animal
Faust has Thin skinned Narcissistic Personality Disorder and has such a huge desire to be praised. One of the main reasons she hates Hohenheim is because she feels like he takes the spotlight away from her and it makes her feel stupid
Ryoshu gets very severe migraines. Has considering stabbing her eye out multiple times just to get it to stop. She has done it on the bus before
Matthias and Rien have ASPD but Rien has psychopathy and Matthias has sociopathy
