I'm booked for my first tattoo this summer and I'd definitely recommend using Dream Cream by Lush to heal your skin before and after getting the tattoo! It's really important to start on an healthy part of the body. As far as pain goes, don't think about it, my friends have all described it as someone scratching you (depending on where it is on the body)
