Hey

I just want to apologise for my extreme absence. There’s several reasons why I haven’t posted anything for a while...

Since last week, I have been in a bad physiological state which has been effecting my health... 

It started with a rejection and certain members of family saying something... But lets get to the point...

Recently, I have become disconnected as some will say. I’m not eating properly nor am I sleeping well. I lack any interest. I’ve also become more irritable and easily becoming angry at myself for no reason. Sometimes I just don’t want to get out of bed...

I almost cried today, because I have lost sense of time and had forgotten that my best friends birthday was tomorrow. It’s almost as if I've become hyper sensitive to every little damn emotion that has been bottled up inside of me for a long time.

When I’ve got my mindset in the right place, I’ll most probably post an update or some work. I can’t guarantee how long this “phase” will be. And It might take some time to become the old, happy, carefree spirit that I normally am...

Where has this year gone? It doesn’t feel like a year since my 19th and so much has happened in this year, it’s unbelievable! I have grown and have matured a lot in that time. 

I have had my fair share of losses but I’ve had many gains as well. 

I feel like I have self harmony at last, and since I’m reflecting, I feel a lot happier than I did, say, a year ago.

Thank you to the people who have supported me through thick and thin- your support means a lot to me and a can’t thank you enough.
