Chloe is the best love interest option in all of the games because the game is meant to be focused on her and Max’s connection. Chloe is pretty much the most important thing to the game in the first game while meanwhile Lis2, the love interests aren’t that compelling because in the end they play a pretty small role and the game is based off of family. It is based off of the connection between Daniel and Sean and is not meant to surround around some love interest. And im glad the love interests aren’t that interesting in Lis2 because it draws attention to what the game is meant to focus on. And kind of same with True Colors, Steph and Ryan are not bad love interests (especially Steph, I actually like her and Alex quite a lot) and they definitely play a lot more of a role in the story than Finn and Cassidy do in Lis2 but the goal of True Colors is more of a sense of community rather than just based off of one relationship. You’re supposed to connect with all the characters in the town, get to know them all, and the theme is less about the connection of 2 people and is all about this town full of people and all their connections. That’s why Chloe is the best love interest option because she is the pure focus and in the other games the focus is family or community rather than this relationship between Chloe and Max and how Max is trying everything she can to keep Chloe alive and happy. She is so compelling compared to the others because that is the point. She is meant to be compelling because the other love interests are mainly there just to be love interests while she’s the FOCUS.
