     Well, that wasn't exactly the kind of      reaction that he had expected. Though      it did pique his interest, and he rose an      eyebrow at her.      ❝What is it that you're trying to say,      sweetie?❞

She stared blankly out the window, and let out a yawn. Clearly, a nap was needed, but the young girl was too stubborn to admit it.

    He wasn’t sure how to imitate her without being rude, ” Uh… ” He took a moment, before with a flourish snatching up a paperback book, pushing up his glasses, ” Bunnies! ” He had to keep himself from cracking up at his own attempt to make his voice sound higher, ” I’m a huge daddies girl. ” He had no idea if he was being rude but he was definitely amused with himself, ” And too innocent for my age uhh— si?” 

         "Don’t -"  Phillip coughed.  It hurt too much to          try and move.  ”Don’t touch that.  It’s mine.”
