The text is definitely hard to read, so I added an image description on each with a transcription. Also, a little more on Rivulet, the rarefaction cell was implanted inside her chest for safe transport to Five Pebbles, and is placed between her lungs, heart, and diaphragm. Because of this, every time she inhales it re-activates the cell, the diaphragm pushes up against it. So, she almost constantly has it on, with the exception of when she swims underwater.

Also, Moon is not 100%, even though she hasn't collapsed yet. Her water supply is rapidly running out. Again, I haven't beaten Watcher yet, but in a lot of the rooms where there used to be water, its empty and replaced by a bed of rot, so I believe that the Rot naturally soaks up water. This is also supported by how Pebbles failed to drown the Rot out of his system and how the cysts tend to chill in large bodies of water in-game.

The Rot from Pebbles is spreading very fast and is sucking up all the water from the ground, leaving Moon dehydrated once again.

I think I covered everything that need explaining from the concept sketches, but if anything is unclear let me know and I will happily elaborate.
