Lavernius Tucker is the last one. The last surviving member of Blue Team.
Church? Killed himself believing he couldn't be killed, while Tucker was thousands of miles away. Tex? Died in a plane crash that was directly caused by him having a child. Kaikaina? Who the hell knows, she hasn't been seen in over five years since she decided to stay at a base with no food or water. Washington? Succumbed to his injuries while Locus, the newly reformed merc, was held up by security at the hospital he tried to get him to.
And Caboose? Killed while saving someone who betrayed him, all because some whiney bitch with a god complex wanted to prove a point. That's when he snapped. He was so filled to the brim with distraught and grief and rage that when Donut gives him the opportunity to go back in time - to bring them all back - he did not hesitate. Why, you may ask?
Because with the death of a martyr comes the birth of a villain.

Panel 1: North and Wash lie in bed together, having a heart-to-heart. North admits: "Okay, I'll be honest, and you can laugh, it's a little funny..." "Yeah?" replies Wash.
Panel 2: North says, "I have a bit of a history with a lot of the guys here, especially the top eight."
Panel 3: Wash replies, "What, really? You're not just saying that because I'm gullible, right?"
Panel 4: [The next day] Wash, North, and York are walking down the hall together, helmets off but armor on. Wash watches as York passes by, putting a lingering hand on North's shoulder as he greets him.
Panel 5: [Later] Maine hands North a cup of coffee, grunting something that seems to mean 'for you'. North thanks him. Wash watches, thinking, "No way."
Panel 6: [Even later] North, Wash, and Wyoming are in full armor. North snorts and says "Pfft, alright Wyoming, that was funny." "Is he sending jokes to your HUD?" Wash asks. Wyoming simply says "knock knock."
Panels 7, 8, and 9: [Finally] Wash walks down the hall, passing a closet. The door opens, with a strange meandering voice whispering "waaaaash" from inside. Wash is unceremoniously yanked into the closet.
Panel 10: "Uh," says Wash, face cartoonishly confused.
Panel 11: York, Maine, and Wyoming loom in front of him. "You hurt him, we kill you," says York, with a look that is threatening in its levity.
Panel 12: Zoom out to a view of the closed closet door from the outside. From behind the door, Wash yells, "HE WASN'T EXAGGERATING?!"]
