Both Alberta and British Columbia are dealing with "out-of-control" fires right now.
It’s freaking MAY and we have out-of-control wildfires.
In the mid-70s I really loved a musician named Rusty Wier (biggest hit was “Black Hat Saloon”)...anyway, he had a song about the shores of Colorado, meaning the time would come when global warming, earthquakes, and floods would make everything west of the Rockies disappear underwater and the Pacific would reach the Western Slope. It seemed semi-comical then. Now -- not so much.
