Run Training Pro App
I've been using this app on my phone for a while now, but have never actually completed one of the training programs. As part of testing my Health and Wellness factor of happiness I'm doing the 10k training program on this app. I'm actually already in Week 4 out of the 13 week program and I'm planning to go the whole 13 weeks with it. What I really like about this app is that the training programs help build you up, so you can run farther and faster and are not always exercising the same way. Also some of the programs like the 10k one can be used as interval training because you do a combination of running and walking and it tells you when to run and when to walk. So you can vary your speed during your run time and jog/run/sprint in order to burn more fat and calories. The 10k training only has me running 3 times a week, but I could always get through it faster if I want to run more each week. I also like riding the stationary bike in our house and watching TV some days though, so it's nice not to have to run every day on this program. And finally I love this app because it's free!
